Partial outage in DC1 Sunday 3rd March 2019 03:24:00
We received alerts about a partial outage in DC1. We are currently investigating the root cause and will update here when there is more information.
An issue in the network path to one of the redundant routers has been identified. This caused intermittent issues for part of the traffic.
The respective component has been restarted, and now the issue seems resolved. We will closely monitor the situation.
Unfortunately the issue came back, our engineers are working to resolve the issue
The situation seems to have stabilised. We are currently still searching for the root cause of this issue.
