Partial service disrution in DC1 Saturday 22nd December 2018 20:00:00
At 8PM Dutch time we were notified of a partial service disruption in one of our datacenter location.
Engineers are moving on site to investigate the issue.
A faulty power distribution unit that was causing a short circuit has been replaced
To make sure the issue does not reoccur, we might need to take off power to this rack again for soms minutes to perform an emergency maintenance.
We lost power in a distribution switch in one of the datacenter racks. A few minutes ago power was restored by datacenter engineers.
We will investigate the issue further and check all servers manually to see if they are powered on.
